WPSI‘s South India Project coordinator and Environmental activist S.Guruvayurappan was assaulted during Sree Kurumbakavu Vishu vela Procession on 19th April 2008. He is admitted to Chittur Taluk Hospital and undergoing treatment for injuries to his head and face. We stongly condemn this uncivilised act by anti social elements whose bad acts are increasing day by day in Tattamangalam, especialy during festivals and other temple functions.
