Using Kerala Motor Vehicle Department’s website, you can get the complete details of any vehicles by entering its registration number.
Navigate to Kerala Motor Vehicle Department’s website http://keralamvd.gov.in/ . Select the RTO Office . For example for KL-9, select Palakkad, and enter the vehicle’s registration number to get the details of the vehicle such as owners name, address, vehicle type etc. The website is also having the facilities to get Number allotment status, file status etc. Do check it out. The URL is http://keralamvd.gov.in/. Really a smart move.
